Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I’ve been bestowed an incredible business honor that’s more than just another notch in my bio.
Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Winning Women program is designed to help accelerate the growth of high-potential businesses founded by women entrepreneurs. Launched in 2008, the program is conducted in collaboration with several organizations that empower women-owned businesses, including the Women Presidents’ Organization, Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, The Committee of 200, and Babson College’s Center for Women’s Leadership.
What I’m most excited about is being mentored by some serious business leaders. And best of all, you know that whatever I learn I pass onto all of you. (That’s the best part of my “job” as an entrepreneurial leader – I get to bring you all with me! : ))
In the official press release about my award, Maria Pinelli, Americas Director for Strategic Growth Markets of Ernst & Young, said, “Over the past three years, the Entrepreneurial Winning Women program has grown into a highly competitive platform to help women entrepreneurs accomplish the key goals they have for their companies. Ali Brown is an exceptional business leader with great potential, and we are pleased to honor her as one of this year’s winners.”
