Weekends are a great opportunity to spend time with family, relaxing together and catching up after our hectic work weeks. This weekend I’m very excited to be going to Legoland with my sister Julie and her son, Alex. I love hanging out with them and can’t wait to check out the rides, buy silly souvenirs, and chow down on a corndog for lunch. (Here’s a picture of us from last year at Disneyland–we had a blast!)
As I enjoy these last weeks of summer, I’m also looking ahead to a busy and exciting fall! I’ll be traveling to Sin City twice in two months, first to speak at the Perfect Business Summit 2010, which is being held at the Palms Resort Casino October 6-8, then again for my own event – Shine – at the gorgeous Wynn Hotel, November 2-4.
I love being able to travel for work and spend time with family, and part of being able to enjoy that time away is knowing my team can woman the ship, even when I’m not there. This weeks’ article discusses tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way to get the most from my virtual team. Knowing when and how to delegate and the best ways to communicate will keep your business running smoothly and efficiently.
