Every year as summer draws to a close, I find myself filled with mixed emotions — bummed that my favorite season is ending, grateful for my home by the beach and the relaxing weekends by the water, and excited about the changing seasons and quickened pace of fall.
This Labor Day weekend I’ll be soaking up some final rays of sun while checking out a beach volleyball tourney and some BBQs with friends.
Deciding what fun thing to do on the weekend is easy compared with the difficult decisions we often have to make in our businesses.
