The question isn’t what makes you happy, it’s how to find the time and the tools to be happy. Best selling author and happiness expert Gretchen Rubin’s answer is to break bad habits and make the right new ones. On this week’s episode of Glambition Radio, Gretchen tells us how her own pursuit of happiness took her from a job with a Supreme Court Justice to the New York Times bestsellers list, and explains how we can be Better Than Before: Mastering the Habits of Our Everyday Lives.
Gretchen had already started her law career and was clerking for Sandra Day O’Connor when she asked herself if, ‘she was as happy as she could be’. Gretchen’s quest evolved into a massive research project that would become the worldwide blockbuster books, translated into 30 languages, The Happiness Project and Happier at Home.
