Jellaine Ross is a personal development “junkie”, and it paid off in a big way. Her quest to create a life of purpose, freedom and passion turned into Cherry Blooms, a multi-million dollar beauty business on a mission to make women all over the world feel beautiful. On this week’s episode of Glambition Radio, you’ll hear how Jellaine saw an opportunity in the marketplace and with no business experience at all, just went out there and did it (with a little help from business mentors like me)! Her best-seller, Cherry Blooms brush on fiber eyelashes is the hottest thing at beauty trade shows and in gift bags all around the world – you have to check it out!

Australian native Jellaine Ross was in her early 20s when she had a quarter-life-crisis. Unsatisfied with her day job and unsettled in her life she turned into a self-confessed personal development seminar “junkie”. She attended seminars with everyone from Tim Ferriss and Richard Branson to Robert Kiyosaki and Tony Robbins, and became addicted to a brand new way of thinking. When she maxed out her credit cards and started preaching her new positive influence, her family worried she was being brainwashed. They even had an intervention for her! But, when she became a huge success everyone wanted to hear more about what she learned during her days as a seminar “addict”.

By clicking the play button at the top of this page, you can hear how Jellaine’s investment in herself paid off big time.

After long days at her advertising job (and not loving working for someone else!) Jellaine spent her evenings creating vision boards and a business idea journal. She’d mostly brainstorm about products that would make everyday women’s lives easier. When she saw new products very similar to ones she imagined start popping up magazines like Cosmo, she realized she lost out because she never took action on her original ideas.

That’s when she really started to put her back – and time and all her energy – into it. Her first product was a handbag organizer she sold at Brisbane flea markets back in 2008. Within six months, she was earning a six-figure business and quit her advertising job to focus on her company, Cherry Blooms, full time.

When Jellaine expanded into online marketing, she bought my original Online Success Blueprint System, and credits much of her success to what she learned from me – her sales have gone fromimage010 six figures in 2008 to $3 million last year. And, I LOVE this photo with Jellaine and her daughter Eva with my OSBS!

On this episode of Glambition Radio, Jellaine and I bond over personal development addictions and running a business with toddlers at our feet. I know you’ll get a lot out of this episode.
